Community Guidelines & Terms of Service

Fiverr Answers is a dynamic content hub where professionals can exchange ideas, and deepen their understanding of the digital service ecosystem. 

Freelancers from various fields are invited to contribute from their own experience to some of Fiverr’s most frequent questions, and build a community of knowledge and support. 

We invite our users to share their thoughts, insights and opinions, as part of a community that fosters positive interactions and continuous learning for everyone involved. 

Rules - Dos and Don’ts:

• No AI-generated content allowed - real answers only. Publishing AI-generated content as your own is not permitted on this platform.
  Fiverr Answers was created as a place for our users to share their ideas, valuable insights and first-hand experiences - and not intended as a platform for mass-generated AI content. We encourage answers that reflect your personal knowledge and professional experience, which provide unique value and are more helpful to readers. AI tools may only be used for grammar and structural improvements, and any AI-generated content will be subject to moderation and removal.
   
• Provide information, not a sales pitch. Posting advertisements, spam, self-promotion, or soliciting sales is strictly prohibited.
• Be original. Plagiarizing or copying content made by other members, whether on Fiverr Answers or published elsewhere, will not be tolerated.
• Cite your sources. If you rely on other sources, citing your sources is mandatory when sharing information from Fiverr or any other platform.
• Be respectful. Respectful language is mandatory on our platform. The use of profanity, offensive language, sexual remarks, personal attacks, or negative callouts towards other members is strictly forbidden. Please respect the privacy of others and refrain from mentioning the names of Fiverr staff, sellers, or buyers in your answers.
• Keep private messages private. Sharing content from private messages on the public Question pages is strictly prohibited.

General engagement guidelines:

• Eligibility:
   
  • Fiverr Answers is currently an invite-based program, where only selected freelancers are invited to contribute their answers. 
  • Fiverr reserves the right to determine or change eligibility criteria at any time, at its discretion. 
  • Logged in users can engage with the platform by voting for helpful answers, following topics and users, and sharing questions or specific answers. Users must be logged in using a Fiverr account in order to gain access to these functions.
  • If your access becomes restricted, please refer to the main page for any administrative notices.
  • If you don't see a message or have further questions, please contact Fiverr Answers Moderators or Fiverr’s Customer Support.
     
• Posting answers:
   
  • Users eligible to post answers can delete or hide their responses at any time.
  • Every eligible user can contribute one answer to each question.
  • If you would like to add content to an already submitted answer, please edit your existing response - note that edited answers are moderated again once resubmitted.
  • Users are not permitted to post links of any kind - to Fiverr profiles or gigs, personal websites, blogs, social media accounts, or email addresses.
  • Note: Moderators retain access to all edited or deleted posts.
     
• Fiverr Answers is not Fiverr’s Customer Support:
   
  • Please ensure to reach out to Fiverr's Customer Support for technical issues, account concerns, or project-related questions.
  • Fiverr Answers’ moderators cannot provide insights into your account, gig advice, or assist with order issues.
     

Violations & Moderation:

• Fiverr reserves the right to:
  • Edit, move, hide, and/or remove any or all posts at any time, if deemed necessary.
  • Temporarily limit or permanently disable accounts due to breach of Fiverr’s Terms of Service and Community Standards or other policies.
     

Fiverr Answers is based on User-Generated Content (UGC) and is the sole responsibility of the user. While we do our best to check and review the content created/uploaded to the platform, we cannot guarantee to identify any and all violations of copyright or other rights.
If you believe any of the uploaded content violates your copyright or a related exclusive right, you should follow the process outlined here. Fiverr looks into reported violations and removes or disables content shown to be violating third party rights.
