To create a seamless user journey across multiple touchpoints, I start by mapping user personas and interactions to understand behaviors, goals, and pain points. Consistency is maintained through unified design systems, coherent branding, and a consistent tone of voice across all channels.

I optimize each platform to leverage its strengths while ensuring smooth transitions between devices, such as syncing preferences or maintaining contextual continuity. Personalization plays a crucial role, using data to deliver tailored content and recommendations.

Regular usability testing and analytics allow me to refine experiences, ensuring all touchpoints work cohesively to meet user needs and business goals.

Firstly, I used to lay down the requirements and targeted users along with the final goals of the product. 

Starting with defining the targeted user type through user persona, I match the product requirements with the user to convert it into a feature inside the product.

Drawing a user flow diagram is the key strategy. That can be done by a competitive analysis of different references to bring their user experience into testing. According to the SWOT result, I can bring the top live experience and improve it as needed.

If there is no live reference, then it is a matter of testing with a full design process to define all the design key points starting from ideation-user journey- user flow- wireframes- UI design - testing, and feedback.
