Our studio has a striking case where the value of 3D visualization is growing faster than Bitcoin right now.

 

Once, we were approached by a team of architects from Canada with two tasks. We quickly handled the first one – integrating resort infrastructure in the form of large country houses. The second task, however, involved numerous nuances and no shortage of revision iterations due to the incorrect design of the roof on one of the houses.

 

Because of this significant oversight, the architects couldn't get approval for the project to move forward, as the roof design violated building codes. In the end, 3D renderings became the golden ticket that not only helped secure approval from the authorities but also, indirectly (something not everyone considers), saved costs on project development by allowing adjustments to be made before construction even began.
