I help them with Magnetic Mind sessions so they can move beyond their limiting beliefs and old storylines running in their mind that keep them stuck.  This gives them the clarity to move forward.

Imposter syndrome often stems from putting too much pressure on ourselves. When you walk into a room of your peers it can be daunting even though you are just as qualified on paper as they are.

Focus on setting realistic, achievable goals and celebrating every bit of progress along the way. It’s not about being perfect—it’s about making steady strides forward, one step at a time. Here's how you do it:

1. Highlight Past Achievements: "Remember that time you successfully led that project, even though it was your first leadership role? That’s a huge accomplishment! You brought people together, made tough decisions, and delivered results. You’ve already proven that you can handle this next challenge."

2. Acknowledge Skills They’ve Mastered: "You’ve built an amazing skill set that’s already unique to your field. You’ve got strong communication skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Not everyone can juggle these so effortlessly—your skills are more valuable than you realize!"

3. Celebrate Progress, Not Just End Results: "I know this new role feels intimidating but look at how much you’ve already learned in such a short time. When you first started, you didn’t even know where to begin, but now you’re confidently handling clients, managing deadlines, and delivering results. That’s progress!"

In my coaching practice: I ask my clients to write a win list.
List of all their achievements since they can remember themselves.

This method is designed to boost motivation, increase energy levels, and provide a sense of accomplishment. It can sound simple. But by acknowledging your past achievements, you create a positive feedback loop that can significantly enhance your energy level and help to get rid of imposter syndrome.
