As an accountability coach with a psychology degree, I have a unique ability to help people overcome limiting beliefs. I have had challenges with limiting beliefs, so I know firsthand ways to overcome them. I ask targeted questions to help the person identify the struggle they are experiencing. I then provide a personalized plan filled with behavioral strategies, perspective shifts, and mindset shift practices.

I also understand that one size does not fit all situations, so these self-improvement plans and roadmaps will look different for each person. Failure is definitely not the end and is only a speed bump on the way to success. I do a lot of work with perspective and mindset shifts. A lot of my inspiration comes from Carol Dweck's Mindset book. This plethora of information provided in this book is powerful!

Oftentimes, these limiting beliefs have been around for a while, so I work on going below the surface to address the main issues. I also do a lot of visualizing the end point and working backward from there. The brain is a powerful tool and we can make it work efficiently and effectively!

I focus on encouraging my clients by actively listening to their concerns and asking thought-provoking questions like, "What’s holding you back from pursuing your goals?" If they’ve faced setbacks, I remind them that perseverance is key and encourage them to keep moving forward. Success often demands determination and resilience. We don’t need to limit ourselves or stay within a bubble. If you believe in your ability to achieve something, you absolutely can!

As a Tarot reader, my job is to provide my querents with a more ample perspective of the situation or situations that concern them and identify different paths available and their potential outcomes, as well as ways to circunvent potentially problematic situations.

When working specifically with a limiting belief that has been identified, I like to propose actionable and realistic steps that the querent can take to begin to generate changes in their situation as well as change their perception of the cirumstances. Radical changes seem often too big to tackle and, in the middle of a challenging situation, the desired outcome seems often so far that it can feel pointless to try. My goal is to help the querent move the goalpost to a more attainable position and identify the opportunities that are likely to open up just a few steps ahead, so that, slowly but surely, progress can be made.

As a life coach, I help clients identify and overcome limiting beliefs by first raising awareness of these unconscious thought patterns. We then challenge the validity of these beliefs by examining their evidence and reframe them into more empowering perspectives. Through visualization, affirmations, and taking small, actionable steps, clients begin to shift their mindset and build confidence. I provide ongoing support and accountability, helping clients celebrate progress along the way. Ultimately, the goal is to help them replace fear and doubt with self-belief, unlocking their potential to achieve personal and professional success.

As a writer with a masters in practical theology I often see clients who can't express their greatness. Some may call it shyness or imposter syndrome, but it is my job to be their biggest cheerleader.

On more than one occasion when I've finished writing a piece about a founder, I hear my client say, "Is that me?"  and yes, it is.

I tell clients to take the time to write down achievements and milestones, awards, certifications, special mentions and even running a marathon.  Next, we weave the story and through good storytelling a client can begin to see themselves as you see them.

When I notice that a client has a limiting belief, I, without attachment, reflect it back to them and invite them to share their thoughts. Then, I ask for their permission—do they want to change this belief? If they agree, I use one of various techniques, such as those from NLP, The Work by Byron Katie, or the Descartes Matrix.

However, sometimes just the awareness of the belief and the decision that it no longer serves the client helps them move forward without any specific tools or techniques.

I'm using the Lefkoe method that helps to identify and clear limiting beliefs that a person has.

This method helps to change perspective on the past event that created belief from the start.

It was back through science research, and I found this method efficient for my clients.

Helping clients identify and overcome limiting beliefs is where I truly shine—and it’s my favorite part of what I do. As a complete stranger hearing your story, I can see you as you truly are, without the filter of your own limiting beliefs. With warmth and compassion, I offer honest feedback on what you might need to work on and help you recognize that many of those self-doubts are just untrue stories you've been telling yourself.

I’m certified in Cognitive Behavioral Technique (CBT), which is especially helpful in re-writing those narratives. Together, we can challenge those limiting beliefs and replace them with new, empowering thoughts that align with your personal and professional goals. It’s incredibly rewarding to watch clients shed the beliefs that have been holding them back and step into their full potential.
