What i have found to be key elements for a great audiobook production are:

1) Good recording equipment (hardware and software)

2) Great noiseless recording environment to help later editing

3) Precise script organized well with spacing between paragraphs and change of concepts.

4) Clear instructions from the buyer.

5) Use all the needed time to produce the recording. Rush equals mistakes equals more time.

6) Good review and attentive listening after recording before final touches and delivery.

Key Elements for Great Audiobook Production:

1. Excellent Script (fully edited and no errors)

2. Communication Between Rights Holder (Author) and Narrator

3. Agreed upon deadlines

4. Clear processes for Narrators to submit recorded chapters to Author
