It allows you to split the track into four stems: Drums, Bass, Instruments and Vocals. The Bass and Instruments track are usually pretty messy but the Drums and Vocals are usable enough. I use Ultimate Vocal Remover 5 for this purpose, but the Demucs model is also used by other software or platforms. Keep in mind that a GPU will accelerate the calculation exponentially.
