Here’s how you can develop a website or app with artificial intelligence integration:

1. Gather Requirements

  • Define what your product will do and how AI will improve it.
  • Analyze existing systems to get ideas and identify gaps.

2. UI Design and Prototyping

  • Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize how your app or website will look and work.

3. Choose an AI API

  • Select an AI service that fits your needs in terms of accuracy and cost, such as OpenAI, Gemini, or Claude.

4. Decide Between Website or Mobile App

Website: Use technologies like MERN, MEAN, or Python frameworks.

Mobile App:

For the best performance, choose native development (Android/iOS), but it can take more time and cost more.

For faster and budget-friendly development, go for hybrid options like React Native or Flutter.

5. Development

  • Start coding based on your chosen platform and tools.

6. Testing and Launch

  • Test your product for bugs and ensure it works well across devices.
  • Launch it for your users.

Developing a website or app with AI integration is easier than ever! Start by identifying what AI feature you want, like chatbots, recommendations, or data analysis. Choose an AI API or library like OpenAI, TensorFlow, or Dialogflow.

Integrate it into your app or website using your preferred programming language (like Python, JavaScript, or PHP). For instance, you can use Django for web development or Flutter for apps and connect the AI through APIs. Make sure the user experience is seamless, and test thoroughly. ok . so let me share my practical approach which I follow to create AI apps for my client.

  1. Requirement Gathering : First I communicate with client and try to understand in-depth on what client exactly wants.  Once we are on one-common point and client confirms that client want exactly then I move to screen development for the app.
  2. UI designing : I use FIGMA for designing prototype . I make screens by screens & share all functionality with the client to make flow into a clear picture.
  3. Design to App Development Screen: I use REACT NATIVE and convert UI to usable app in which all buttons are already connected to each screen .
  4. Backend Development ( THE MAIN PART WHERE WE ADD AI) : According to client needs, I choose relevant AI model . ( like GPT 4- api ,GPT o-mini api , claude ,runway (for videos), or llama 3.1. )  . My most of the preference always goes to GPT- API's.  After choosing relevant model , I make backend api's which will use AI model in the background
  5. API integration to mobile app : After the api's are created , it's time to connect api with the app by using AXIOS library and parsing relevant data.
  6. Testing and Deployment : After rigorous testing , we then deploy backend to google app engine and mobile apps to Apple app store and Google app engine.

Do let me know in comments if you feel i missed something

If you’re not a technical person, here’s the plan. Start by defining what you want AI to do. Then, bring in a team of experts to choose the best technology. They’ll prepare data and train the model to your needs. They can also design a user-friendly interface. And yes, they’ll test it thoroughly. You don’t end up with “quirky” AI responses. Unless that’s what you’re going for )

If you know the tech side, here’s a deeper dive. Start by defining your AI use case. It helps shape your architecture and algorithm choice. AI doesn’t read minds… yet ) For the tech stack, JavaScript and Python are strong choices for the web. React Native or Flutter work well for mobile. Integrate APIs like OpenAI or Google AI and prep your data. Model development and training come next. Finally, integrate with the frontend, optimize UX, test and gather feedback.

Hope this helps )
