Assuming that my clients understand the limitations, I don't think that a short format poses any particular challenges - on the contrary - I introduce appropriately lower amount of details, make sure everything important is noticable/readable in the given screentime, and that's pretty much it. You either are a good storyteller or you're not. Format doesn't change that.
