You will notice certain phrases or an emphasis the company has. Take this emphasis or phrasing and see what experiences show that you are the same. Then, using their phrasing, describe the experiences relating them to the company's own words. That’s it! You don’t need to get into any personal histories/case studies, or to regurgitate your entire resume.
