Usama Ahmad 4.7 (22) Writing & Translation Posted November 29 0 Both Traditional and Agile certifications have their standards. It depends on the requirements and goals we will achieve or the industry we are working in. Traditional nowadays are more like covering every aspect of project management because many of the projects are under development using a Hybrid approach which is a mix of both waterfall and agile that's why traditional certifications I think can be called Hybrid Certifications. List of Certifications are PMP by PMI, CAPM by PMI, PRINCE 2 On the other hand, if we talk about agile certifications these are mostly focused on agile frameworks like scrum, kanban, pair programming, etc. The whole focus is on adopting change in agile.
