Every team member is trained to say these 2 words that revolutionized fast food "My pleasure" I actually look forward to hearing that each time I go thru the drive thru. It doesn't matter if you're in Kalamazoo or in NYC every team member sings the same song. I believe that comes from the top and this kind of service must be instilled but also the successful chain only accepts qualified candidates. For me training starts at the interview process. You must choose people who align with your brand rather than just filling vacancies.
