I suggest using visuals throughout your business plan.  Pages and pages of text is burdensome and will just end up in a drawer somewhere.

Instead, you should summarize with visuals: Replace dense text with charts, graphs, and infographics. Visuals help explain data and trends quickly, allowing readers to grasp complex information at a glance while making the document less overwhelming.

In my experience, a clear and concise business plan is much more valuable compared to a business plan that is more complete and detail, however, difficult to read, extremely long, and challenging to understand. Some of the techniques I use to enhance clarity and conciseness in my business plan are:

  • Use clear language: I write in simple terms and avoid jargon or technical slang.
  • Focus on essentials: I include only the most important information relevant to the objectives of my clients (unless a higher degree of detail is needed). In any case, I always avoid filler content.
  • Organise with a logical structure: I structure the content with clear headings and a logical flow.
  • Use bullet points: I use lists to break down complex ideas.
  • Use visuals: I use charts and graphs to present data in a clear and immediate manner.
  • Remove unnecessary content: I remove redundancies and unnecessary words as much as possible.
  • Seek feedback: I always seek feedback from my clients to make sure my plans are clear and concise.

I have one answer for that read plan, make brainstorming, discuss different scenarios and create a dynamic document. Those points are key.

If you are not discuss on plan enough, there is a huge problem. 

Work on details, all plan should be consistent. If you say something in the plan about revenue streams, fiancial model should be inline with it.
