Email Deliverability issues will occurs unless you follow the best email sending practise.First of all accure the email contacts by adding a subscribers form in your website ,Drive traffic to your website and tell the vistors to subscribe .Then send automaton follow up email campaings to the subscribers.

  1. Add unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email body.So that less people will mark your email as spam
  2. Use real company address at the bottom of the email cotent
  3. Make sure your email sending domain is authenticated.You can use some free tools like mail tester to test your email 
  4. Warm up the email address when you send cold email
  5. Clean the email list 
  6. Don't use any spam keywords in the subject
  7. Send personalise email using first name last name ,company name.So that you wil get more open rate
  8. Remove inactive contacts from the email lists

That's all you need to follow properly if you want to see results
