Rox K 5.0 (26) Email marketing specialist Posted Monday at 12:07 PM 0 Budget is every small businesses concern and rightly so. So, you need an email tool that is affordable and that is Flodesk. They don't penalize you for how big your list is (it's one flat fee, no matter how many subscribers you have) and it offers basic automations which is what small businesses need to start. Nazmul Hossain 5.0 (194) System administrator Posted October 28 0 There are a lot of platforms available, and the best choice really depends on your goals. For B2C marketing, options like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Mailmodo, Brevo, and Mailerlite are solid choices with good deliverability rates. If your focus is B2B, tools like Instantly ai, HubSpot, and Lemlist are excellent, though there are many others to explore depending on your needs. For transactional emails (like order confirmations or receipts), services such as AWS SES, Mailgun, Resend, and Mailjet are reliable picks. However, if you're aiming to lower monthly costs and send higher volumes, I recommend using a private mail server combined with Mailwizz or Mautic for greater flexibility and control. There’s no single right choice—it all comes down to what best fits your project’s requirements and budget. Marc L. 5.0 (100) Email marketing specialist Posted October 14 1 There are alot of good platforms for small businesses. We serve alot of small businesses and they use Constant Contact, Klaviyo, MailChimp, HubSpot, Omnisend, and others. The use case is really what should determine what's right for you. For ecommerce, we like Klaviyo and Omnisend. That's what they are built for and they have great native integration tools with Shopify and the other major ecom platforms. They also have alot of pre-built automations they are critical for ecommerce success. If you're a small B2C biz, non-ecommerce, Constant Contact is my favorite. It's fairly priced and pretty easy to use. And, it has some pretty good social media features and ad management features built-in, too. If you don't want to use an agency (like us), and you're a novice, Constant Contact is probably your best bet. MailChimp is an alternative to CC, but I'm just not a huge fan. For B2B, HubSpot is great but again, it depends on the use case. HubSpot might be too much horespower for a company that just wants to send occasional newsletters. But, if you have a salesperson or team, HubSpot is a fantastic tool.
