I mostly create mobile-specific events to understand mobile visits and user behavior and if the business doesn't have a mobile website entice business to create separate website for mobile and optimize it for the mobile users first.

Mobile analytics are central to understanding how users interact with a website on mobile devices, shaping the overall web strategy. Metrics like device type, bounce rate, session duration, and conversion rates help identify friction points specific to mobile users. For example, if mobile visitors have high bounce rates on certain pages, it signals the need for optimization in areas like page load speed, navigation, or design.

To optimize for mobile users, I focus on responsive design to ensure the website looks and functions seamlessly across devices. Streamlining mobile navigation with easy-to-tap menus, improving page load speed, and minimizing clutter are critical for enhancing the user experience. I also prioritize mobile-friendly CTAs (like larger buttons) and simplify forms to make them quick and easy to complete on small screens.

Mobile analytics also guide personalization efforts, like location-based content or tailored messaging, further improving engagement. By continuously analyzing and optimizing based on mobile user behavior, the strategy ensures a seamless, engaging experience that drives conversions across all devices.
